I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for several days. I brought a group of 30 people.
The hotel was almost full, but the staff amazed me with their efficiency, understanding, and patience. Priya and Semoyad, in particular, were very helpful. The same was true of the hotel restaurant. Under the management of Ms. Edwin, Sara, and Mr. Aziz, everything was top-notch.
The food was very tasty and served on time.
A very pleasant stay.

Been several times in the past. Hotel has had an upgrade. Lovely large room.
Organised prepaid evening meal and breakfast.
Evening meal menu was extremely limited. Chicken, chicken and burger. Two choices of starters as one had sold out.

We had a 10 night stay everything was spot on. The reception team were attentive & professional the hospitality staff went above and beyond, house keeping did an excellent job. The food in the restaurant was delicious & the bar menu had a good choice. The spa treatments were exceptional! We will definitely return.

I had a wonderful stay at the Mercure Hotel Blackburn. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with a relaxing atmosphere throughout.
A special mention must go to the receptionist, Julia, who truly made the experience exceptional. She was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional from the moment I arrived. Julia went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, answered all my questions with a smile, and made me feel genuinely valued as a guest.
Thanks to her outstanding customer service, my stay was seamless and enjoyable. I would highly recommend the Mercure Hotel Blackburn and look forward to returning in the future.
