I came back from a weekend away to find a burst pipe in an outbuilding (attached to the house) From answering my first call Baz was professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Calmly took the time (although he was on another job) to talk me through what I immediately needed to do and reassured me it would be safe until the next morning when he (and Dave) arrived. Once fixed- and just before they were leaving- we discovered the cellar was flooded. They stayed, pumped the water out of the cellar and even called out the water company for me. Fantastic guys and very reasonably priced.

Baz and his team have completed a second job in our house and I do not have a single bad word to say about the work done these lads are very professional and polite only leave when the work is completed also they are punctual we did not have to chase them via phone calls and the work its self is very good I would recommend elite gas and plumbing to everyone happy customer
