Rang bash about a week ago said need to put in a new oven but need to push the gas pipe back as oven didn’t fit he came down as promised got the job done the oven fits flush now very happy with the work done.

From initial contact to getting the job booked in. I’ve only just moved in to the house and its first service for the boiler. The boiler required a strip down service as this has not been done from previous owners (shock) however it’s great this was recommended as the seals were perished and not safe. I also got a condensate pipe relocated as again the previous owners had this outside which was an eyesore. Sometimes you have to pay for quality and this is the service I got from empire. They also replaced a leaking sink trap which was great. Thanks and see you guys soon.

Initially spoke to Baz over the phone and explained the situation where my 10 year old daughter had broke the radiator.
Baz turned up on time as promised, got the work done, cleaned up after himself, no fuss, no messing about. Genuinely a nice guy and very professional...would recommend him always.!!!
