Curious about beekeeping? This 6-week beginners course is the perfect introduction to working with honey bees in a friendly, hands-on environment. Taking place at Cherry Tree Community Apiary in Blackburn, the course is designed for complete beginners who want to learn a new skill, connect with nature, or explore the idea of keeping their own hive.
Sessions run every Thursday evening from 6pm to 8pm, starting on 2nd April. Over the six weeks, you will gain practical knowledge, build confidence around bees, and learn directly from experienced local beekeepers. The course costs £99 per person and no previous experience is required.
