⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Dentist Who Has Truly Changed My Fear of Dental Treatment

I honestly cannot thank this dentist enough for the care, patience and understanding he has shown me. I’m not completely sure of his name, but he recently carried out a filling for me and helped me finally feel comfortable enough to have my dental scan.

I have always absolutely hated going to the dentist and suffer from severe dental anxiety. It gets so bad that I struggle to sleep before appointments and can even end up physically throwing up from the fear.

From the first time I met him, he was so understanding and reassuring. He gave me time to process everything and, when I decided to return a week later for my filling, he made room for me in his schedule.

As soon as I walked into the treatment room, I told him how anxious I was. He looked at me and said, “Don’t be, you’re in good hands.” And I genuinely was!

He went completely out of his way to keep me calm throughout the treatment. He was so gentle and patient, made sure I didn’t feel a thing, and stopped immediately every time I asked him to. He never made me feel silly for being scared or rushed me into anything. He took the time to build my trust, and that made such a huge difference.

Because of the trust he built with me, he was also able to encourage me to finally have my dental scan, which I had previously cancelled because I was too frightened to attend.

I have never experienced a dentist who has made me feel so safe and comfortable. He has genuinely changed my outlook on dental treatment, and for the first time in my life, I can honestly say I wouldn’t be scared to go back.

I would absolutely love to see him again for any future fillings, treatments or check-ups. I just wish I knew his name so I could request him every time!

Dentists like him deserve recognition for the difference they make to patients who struggle with anxiety. It isn’t just about treating teeth; it’s about understanding the person sitting in the chair and helping them overcome a fear that can feel impossible to manage.

Thank you so much for being such a kind, patient and understanding dentist. You have made a bigger difference to me than you probably realise! I would be really grateful if the practice could let me know his name so I can request him in the future.

The receptionists were very warm and welcoming. The dentist came to reception to meet me. She was very caring in her manner and immediately made me feel at ease. She was extremely knowledgeable and explained the procedure and what the possible effects after the treatment may be. I felt comfortable enough to ask her questions and she answered in terms I could understand. I think that the dentist, her assistant and the receptionists are an absolute credit to your staff, they all helped to alleviate those feelings of anxiety that can be present when visiting a dentist. That is why I give them 5 stars.

Easy to find on the main high street, parking was easy. Greeted with a warm welcome by the two girls on reception and all the staff i came into contact with. They put me at my eas and kept me informed every step of the way. Very professional and would highly recomend.

I’ve been with syngery dental for the best part of ten years and they have always been wonderful. Whenever I’ve needed their help, they’re there and able to accommodate me asap.

Today I had a routine checkup with Isra & Andrea. They were wonderful. Isra, my dentist, I’ve had look after me a couple of times and she’s so kind and caring to a nervous patient like me. I had an X-ray (as my previous ones were a bit out of date), an exam and a quick scale and left about 10 minutes later. It puts my mind at rest knowing I’m well looked after.

Practice. My dentist is truly amazing. I am a very nervous patient and prior to a couple of years ago - it had been many years since I had seen a dentist. I have been treated with kindness and respect on every visit, the work that I have needed has been carried out gently and without pain and I have been given wonderful advice on oral health. I would have no hesitation whatsoever to recommend synergy to anyone.

Timing of appointment met, fully explained all regarding the treatment and answered any queries thoroughly. Flexibility of furure and urgent appointments

Dentist was knowledgeable and patient. However had to wait over half an hour longer than expected. As a matter of fact I've never been seen on time. But they do such a good job I just let it slide

I have had a great dental experience here at Synergy dental in great hardwood on each appointment all of the staff are very friendly and welcoming I recently had composite bonding done on 6 on my front teeth and honestly I am extremely happy with how it looks and I now feel so confident as I used to try to cover my mouth each time I spoke as I was very insecure about my teeth back then but now I love to show them off a Huge thank you to my Dentist … Afzal for making this happen I can’t thank you enough thank you so much for making me feel confident within myself. I just had my dental exam with Dr. Kash, and I can't recommend him enough. From the moment I sat down, he made me feel completely at ease. What really stood out was how amazing he was at explaining things—he didn't just tell me what he was doing, he took the time to walk me through everything and was so patient in answering my questions, making sure I had a full understanding of my dental health.
