Empire Gas fixed all issues without any mess and whilst explaining what the issue was. I uses a plumber in Blackburn 4 times and only got the issue temporarily fixed. This time it has been fixed for good. I highly recommend Empire Gas for everything from doing the job to proffesionlism and cost.

I have had repeated issues with a plumber in Blackburn. 4 visits and not once was the issue sorted only temporarily fixed. Empire Gas came and fixed all issues, told me the problems and ensured it will sorted moving forward and for less than the callout fee of the previous plumber. Truly fantastic. Professional and just the plumber you need.

The company turned up when they said they would. They worked so hard and well into Saturday evening leaving my elderly uncle with heat and hot water before they left. They were very respectful and helped with putting furniture back in place. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Baz and his Co-workers arrived on time to install a new boiler. They worked a long hard day so my elderly uncle didn’t have to go another day without heat and water. Friendly , courteous and did a great job. Highly recommended.

Polite and efficient. Stuck to times promised. Neat work and tidy. Persevered at times even when I gave up. Would definately recommend. Stop tap needed changing. 2 radistors removed and shower pipes fitted to a very good standard. Solutions found for problems. Will call plumber back in future

Baz was very polite and professional. He explained clearly what he would be doing and then talked me through the report at the end. It was very clear that he works to a high standard and understands how important it’s carried out safely. Highly recommended.
