The world's leading cake decorating, sugar art and baking event, Cake and Bake International, will return to the NEC Birmingham from the 6th to 8th November 2026, bringing together thousands of cake artists, bakers, chocolatiers, exhibitors and enthusiasts from across the globe. The legendary event showcases jaw-dropping cake creations from the best sugar craft artists in the world.

One of the standout attractions at this year's Cake and Bake International will be a breathtaking life-size cake sculpture of The Prince and Princess of Wales, created by internationally acclaimed sugar artist Emma Jayne Cake Design. Renowned for pushing the boundaries of cake artistry, Emma Jayne will bring William and Catherine to life in an extraordinary edible masterpiece.

This year's show features the iconic Cake and Bake International competition, the Cake Catwalk, the latest supplies and innovations, workshops and interactive experiences designed to educate and inspire every level of baker and sugar artist.

Visitors can expect spectacular competition displays, breathtaking life-size cake installations, live demonstrations from internationally renowned artists, hands-on workshops and an extensive marketplace featuring the latest products, tools, ingredients and innovations from leading brands.

Adventure also takes centre stage with the spectacular Curse of the Pirate Queen, an immersive feature that will transport visitors into a swashbuckling world of high-seas drama, mystery and

extraordinary sugar artistry. Created by a talented collaboration of international cake artists, the larger-than-life installation will showcase breathtaking sculpted characters.

The internationally acclaimed Cake and Bake International competition remains one of the show's biggest highlights, attracting more than 1,000 competition entries from talented cake artists representing over 35 countries from as far as Australia. Competitors will showcase extraordinary technical skill and artistic excellence while competing for industry recognition and the coveted ‘Best in Show’ honours.
