Like most people I have plodded on trying to sort my dodgy toe nails FOR YEARS I was recommended collingwood by a current customer. Esther did my consultation (also the owner). She was very thorough and helpful, I can’t recommend this business enough, the premises is very clean and all equipment hygienic as it’s autoclaved after each use (a new word I learnt). I have now been 3 times, and my issues of infection and ingrown nails is well on the way to normality. As a diabetic I know how important it is to look after my feet, and now I’m confident that I have found someone who can give them the best treatment. So if you have been putting off getting professional advice, I would recommend you get in contact with collingwood chiropodist and podiatry, who also can do home visits. AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

I visited Becky after cracking my toenail, and I couldn't have asked for better care. From the moment I arrived, she was professional, reassuring, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything clearly, treated my injury with great care, and made what could have been a stressful experience completely comfortable.

I had my first appointment with Faye yesterday and was more than happy with my treatment, she was friendly professional and made me feel very welcome, my treatment was done with care and i was given lots of help and information on how to look after my feet. I was so happy I booked in for my next treatment and will continue to go there for future treatments.

Love going here for my feet to be treated. Becky is absolutely brilliant. She always greets you with a smile and makes you feel comfortable. Becky treats you professionally and always gives 100 percent in her job. The reception team are always helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone that needs a chiropodist/Podiatrists.

I’m a stubborn man who took way too long to get an ingrown toenail sorted, and Collingwood was recommended to me.
From my first appointment (with Cherie) through to my procedure and aftercare with Catherine and Becky, the whole experience was excellent. The folks here are kindly and professional. And a special mention for Heidi who did a wonderful job of calming my silly nerves before my procedure.

I have been attending their Great Barr branch for a few years now on a regular 6-weekly basis. As soon as you walk into the reception you are greeted with a friendly welcome that puts you at ease. My podiatrist - Becky - is, quite simply, fantastic. She is professional, takes time to explain anything you are unsure about, fully competent in what she is doing and a total perfectionist. And able to give vital foot health advice as and when required. She is super friendly and nothing is too much trouble.
Due to leg length discrepancy, I also had a biomechanical assessment by Neil who provided me with bespoke insoles which has made my walking so much more comfortable. Honestly, put your trust in these guys and you won’t be disappointed. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Ive been using now for some time and can honestly say its by far the most relaxing therapeutic trotter cutting podiatry clinic ive used. Staff are so friendly and to be honest I love the experience especially with Becky.

Becky is great, really professional and always leaves my feet feeling great and refreshed. But it’s not just about the feet, she makes me feel so relaxed very pleasant and is a brilliant people’s person.

Having tried many other chiropodists I was finally relieved to find one as good as collingwood. From the receptionist to all the team the service is excellent. I would not go anywhere else.
