I have used Tim before and had no hesitation in calling him again when part of a fence blew over in Storm Eunice. Tim and his team responded in good time, replaced the broken posts and made good the repair. His team were courteous and efficient and left the site clean and tidy. Could not ask for more. We have used Tim before and did not even consider alternative traders after our fence blew down in a storm. Despite him being let down initially by a delivery of fence panels that failed to arrive and secondly by some adverse weather, he completed the job as soon as he was able and the result is excelllent. What you get with Tim is a caring approach - he is forever making sure that he is doing a good job for his customers. We continue to rate him highly.
Tim came to the rescue when we lost two fence posts in high winds. As always, he was more than willing to do the job with the minimum of fuss. He takes pride in what he does and we were very satisfied with the work he did for us. He takes care and clears everything up neatly afterwards. What's more, he is always polite and courteous. A cup of tea and a piece of cake will see him beaver away for hours! We are pleased to recommend him and his work.
Tim has just laid a new patio for us. He is a very pleasant, caring and courteous man who has carried out an excellent job with great attention to detail. His aim is clearly to provide customer satisfaction and he has certainly achieved that in our case. He only spent 3 days with us but we now look upon him as a friend and would happily recommend him to others.
