I for a slide deck to be printed, and was told it would take 4 hours, so I asked if there was any way it could be done a bit quicker as I didn't live or work in Bath. The immediate response was to tell me I could 'go somewhere else'. A bit taken aback at the attitude I commented on a machine standing unused - the manager came down and told me 'it is our business how long we take'. The rudeness and passive aggressiveness really took me aback. The print job was then done in 1 hr, but one page had been misplaced rendering the document useless. Extremely expensive, RyanAir customer service - total contempt for customers.
