The Final Chapter
10th March 2013

The workshops this week brought people situated around Bath together to discuss what activities they do to keep their minds healthy, stimulated and productive. This can be from the simplest of things like watching television with a cup of tea to reading or even playing a sport activity.

During these workshops, Sophie a life-coach from Bath Coaching Cafe came and spoke to the participants encouraging them to think positively about their lives, achievements and personal attributes. This proved to be highly beneficial as it encouraged members of the group to discuss further concerns they may be having in situations such as social events or factors they feel they could improve on.

Team V have worked exceptionally hard these past few weeks, from visiting Bath City College and Bath University discussing the campaign with students to setting up workshops encouraging people to make that extra bit of time for themselves.

Although the ‘Make Time for Your Mind’ campaign has come to an end, Team V will be starting a new campaign at the end of March. If you wish to get involved in one of these campaigns please email Helen at: Helen.gibb@vinspired.com or get in contact via one of our social media sites:
