This is just a quick note to show my appreciation for the service provided to me by Gabucci Menswear in Milsom Street a few weeks ago. I spoke to manager "Neil" prior to my visit to give him an idea of what I was looking for, sizes, styles and clients budget. Both him and Ali the owner were very helpful, and they even managed to locate specific items that I had asked for which was fantastic. On my arrival they took the time to make my client feel relaxed, valued and most definately not rushed. My client came away from the whole experience with a very positive view, and how important it is to deliver good old fashioned customer service. So, a very big and well deserved thank you to them!
