As many of you will know the Bath Half 2011 will take place on the 6th of March. This year it’s celebrating it’s 30th Anniversary and it is, as you know, a very popular event in the city and in the South West. I read that last year the Bath Half raised over £1.3 million for charity. Not being a real athlete myself (don’t get me wrong I do run about 3 times a week) I will be there to cheer the runners on.
Maybe you are running yourself as an independent runner or for one of the official charities. Or maybe you have good intentions for next year ….
I know that local vet Murray Jones from Asham Jones Veterinary Clinic at London Road is running for Bath Cats and Dogs home. Come on Murray, you can do it! You can sponsor him directly by going to his website www.ashmanjones.co.uk or can drop in at the veterinary practice at London Road. Both Murray and the Bath Cats and Dogs Home will appreciate it.
