I read on the Banes website this morning that they want to say ‘thank you’
Bath & North East Somerset Council wants to identify those individuals and teams who are making the most difference. The Employee Excellence Awards are a way of recognising and thanking people who are going the extra mile in delivering excellent services.
This year, for the first time, the awards are also open to local schools, staff working in the Health & Wellbeing Partnership with NHS B&NES, as well as those working for contracted partners.
But here are a few ideas to help you along if you want to put someone forward:
