Urban Training Systems (UTS), brings together some of the most popular fitness classes/workouts to give you everything you need to achieve your goals whether it be improving strength and tone, losing body fat or improving your level of CV fitness, you really will achieve all three!
UTS sessions will provide you with a fully rounded workout programme. Sessions are based aroud
Blast - every second counts! expect circuit training, high intensity interval training, and assault course style training
Strength - lift, press, pull, push! these sessions are all about strength and conditioning
Reconditioning - focus on good posture, core strength and re-align the body
UTS members can attend one, some or all of the available sessions. Choose sessions according to your preference or personal schedule. Urban Endurance is a brand new offering from the UTS team. It focusses on 'endurance style' training for all levels. All Urban Endurance coaches Paul, Joey and Simon are experienced Iron Men themselves.
