this business makes going to the hair dressers a whole new experience. You just get a very relaxing hair wash with head massage and the staff are very good , efficient , very polite and friendly. Very well tarined too . You are always offered a drink hot or cold and if you are lucky a shoulder massage too. It makes having your hair cut washed and dried such a relaxing and excelletn experience. They use really lovely smelling products too and everyone could not be nicer.

Grace really is such an amazing stylist and the alchemy she works with the Aveda colours is to be admired. People often ask where I have my hair coloured and styled, due to the clever mix of suburbs and cooper that Grace so expertly does. The salon is a real retreat for me and is as good as a spa day away somewhere. Testimony to this is the fact that, even when I lived in London I would travel to Artizan to have my hair done. With that in mind I would also hugely recommend the very talented Louise who looked after me for many years too - so creative and a true expert at what she does. Matt has created a great team here - each member of staff has their own quirky personality, for which I am grateful and makes it a pleasure to spend a few hours here whilst I am restored and refreshed.

I am glad that through the years their attitude towards customers and professionalism haven’t changed. My hair is very thick, unruly and I always get it cut and styled perfectly. The products this salon uses are eco friendly and natural - work great for my hair. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who looks for hairdressers in Bath area. Currently I am cutting and colouring my hair with stylist Pete. Last time I had a balayage and a cut and was very happy with results. As my hair is black it’s not easy to find a colour that will look natural but Pete did a great job and my hair looks natural but slightly lighter colour just as I wanted. Anush P.

A lovely head and shoulder massage followed by a relaxing shampoo was just what I needed. Ben gave me tips about styling for afterwards as he was cutting.
