Artizan has been my hairdressers for more than 20 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else! All the staff are wonderful and welcoming ; and brilliant at their job! Had yet another brilliant colour and cut with Ben who is an Aveda colour specialist. He is truly talented and I just love him.

I have previously left a glowing review for Charlene but had to post again after another amazing haircut and highlights yesterday. It is such a professional salon with a very relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, I am always really pleased and chilled when I leave. My sister now comes down from London to get her hair done there. Great hairdressers !

First time visiting Artizan and I will definitely be back! There’s nothing more you could ask for when it comes to this salon. Charlene listened to me and communicated throughout - I’ve never loved my hair more! It’s such a lovely, unique environment too that feels very non judgmental. And the natural products used on the hair smell delightful too:) highly recommend.

Been to Artizan, Bath for the first time in 2022. Sarah was the stylist at the time.
Been for the 2nd time in April, 2023 at lunch time and Louise was my stylist this time. I found both Sarah and Louise to be great stylists.
Had a wash, cut and blow dry, both times. I like that the salon is open from very early in the day as good to have plenty of options for times.
I like that Artizan, use Dyson hair dryers as I fortunately use the same at home as it seems to dry hair much quicker.

Appreciated the clean seat to sit on in the waiting area and a clean seat at the hair washing area as well, as it’s not very nice to approach seats that are either wet or with other bits of dust/hair. It’s these little things that would also make me return again to Artizan.

I visited the salon yesterday and had my hair cut with Liz. She give me such a great cut. She is top notch as is the salon as a whole. Previously I had my hair coloured with Sarah who did an excellent job. I’m delighted with the quality and attention to detail here. I’d highly recommend this hairdressers.

The whole process made me feel very relaxed and not rushed at all, unlike some other salons I’ve been to. I would definitely recommend the salon to my friends and family. I came to see Matt at Artizan over a week ago now for a restyle. After showing him some divine pictures of Audrey Hepburn with a very cute short cut & explaining to him what I loved about how it was styled - not only did Matt totally get the brief but also gently steered me with his experience. After the cut I explained to Matt that I didn’t like the boufont blow dry look - once again he totally got it & gave me some awesome blow dry & styling tips. It’s rare that I leave the hairdressers feeling 💯 percent about my new cut but I can honestly say that I totally love it - this cute versatile cut has re-engaged me with my hair - I feel so inspired I’ve just bought myself a pile of hair clips to play with!

Milo was insanely helpful and kind. He was honest and blunt (no pun intended) about my previous haircut and gave me tips and tricks on how to go about styling and understanding my hair better! The most comfortable and fun experience I’ve had :)
