I have shopped in the market on and off for a few years now. I have always been able to purchase what I had set out for and received friendly service. The market has seen a lot of changes and new businesses popping up - which is good. It is also nice to see businesses from when I was young are still trading.

I think the market is great under appreciated place to shop and I have used it a lot over the years. Whether for a memory plague from The One Stop Gift Shop, some balloons from Gas Bags, pies for parties from Daddy's Cafe catering service, a blast from my gaming past at the Retro Cove, meat from the meat hall or even just the see the pets at Pets Paradise. It's is a great places for the one off gift to the regulars shop for fresh food goods.

I live, work and breathe Barrow Market Hall. I just think it's a fabulous place to spend your time, whether you are popping in for a coffee, a quick shop or a leisurely browse around all the fantastic stalls looking for that special gift or something for yourself. It is Barrow's premier shopping centre, all under one roof. Word is spreading around town how much Barrow Market has to offer. Our Market has stood the test of time. As a man I don't like too much fuss when shopping. The Market is my ideal place to buy what I need. Lots of variety and friendly stall holders. I don't have to ask for my regular purchases because they know what I want! I buy fesh fruit and veg, meat, use the mobile man, chips computers and mooch around Fat Bob's and Retro Cove. I think it is so important to support the Market and local traders. Great job everyone. Keep it up!
