My children attended a boogie bounce session in the October half term. Absolutely fantastic class. Sally was the instructor. She was very approachable, fun and very knowledgeable about her job. Great songs and routines lots of laughter from my children. Highly recommend boogie bounce to anyone who is looking for a fun fitness class.
