First time staying in this hotel.
I will say checking in and departing is first class. Very friendly staff.
The room is OK, stayed in hotels with better rooms. One issue is the temp of the room. the temp is maintained via a radiator. It got cold in the room, so turned the radiator up, it then got too hot, so had to open the window.
Visited their restaurant / canteen, OK selection of food. Had to wait for around 30 min to get my order (which did taste lovely), but clearly think they are under staffed, and it wasnt too busy.
All in all, a nice hotel, but I have stayed in better.

Great location at the football stadium and middle brook which has shops, cafes restaurants and a cinema. Suite was great sofa bed a little dated and uncomfortable but I know the hotel is replacing these. Bar is great and staff are excellent. restaurant overlooking pitch is great too.

Lounges are ok, but furniture starting to wear. The tone would be significantly improved by removing the very ugly looking pool table, which in my opinion belongs in a games room out of sight from the lounge/dining areas. Rooms are adequately comfortable, but also with decor starting to wear (why wrap a perfectly good picture frame in tin foil just for effect, but then leave it there when it is now torn?). I would not walk bare-foot in the room after seeing the state of the grouting in the bathroom and the frame around the shower screen; both built-up with decaying soap scum. No excuse really, when a quick steam clean would fix. I would stay here instead of sleeping in the car, but would rather choose somewhere else. Didn’t eat so can’t comment... must be better than the greasy plate I got from the Harvester across the road though!

Excellent facilities and value for money. Only stayed for one night for the beer festival and had a very smooth check in/check out. Rooms great and very clean. Tea/coffee, iron and ironing board, trouser press, hairdryer, tv. Large bar on 1st floor. Brilliant.

We were very impressed when we walked into the hotel but were left disappointed with the quality of the furnishings in the room. The bed was creaky and the chair broken. We slept well though and staff were so friendly and efficient.

Was my first time in this hotel enjoying my stay will go back at some point in time the food was very good in the perfect place for both buses and trains ect thanks to the lovely people lots of love gus

We've stayed here a few times and always found the rooms to be clean. The breakfast cost £10. I think that's very reasonable for the amount of food that was available.
The only downside was that the internet seemed to cut off every now and then when they're advertising "fast internet". I recommend the place

Receptionist very pleasant & helpful when we arrived very early as we were going to watch rugby at the stadium. She checked if the room was ready & checked us in. Had time to unpack & have a coffee, as the hotel is only 2 minutes walk from the gates. The room was big & the bed a super king. Clean & comfy. All the coffee, tea etc & plenty of toiletries. When we got back later we checked out the sauna, steam room & pool, very relaxing. Quiet at night in the room, had a good nights sleep. Really enjoyed our stay would definitely stay again.

So I recently came for the Thai boxing we came. Down on the Friday night and stayed till Sunday a great sleep great food great facilities extremely clean but most of all the staff where fantastic there's one lad called Ash and he just went out of his way for everyone made us all feel comfortable all feel welcome gained everyone's respect straight away and I'm speaking for a good 30 of us when I say this the kid was on a 12 hour shift Friday and Saturday and yet his energy levels was unreal but in all fairness the service was great all round I'd definitely be back this place has lifted and spirits seem so high since being taken over

We stayed overnight here and all in all had a good experience. The room was a bit dated but perfectly clean and tidy therefore served it’s purpose. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was fab! I’d stay overnight again.
