Good location.
Tidy place and good size rooms.
Decent breakfast
Ample carpark when there is no football match. We had problems parking because of a match.
Nice party hall for 500.

We have stayed at this hotel loads of times and also had meetings there in the bar area The staff are always very helpful and Friendly. They hold regular events and parties and of course BWFC play football there

this is a really nice hotel. It's a great location for travel in the North West and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable and the leisure facilities are good. Definitely good value for money.

Really liked this place the layout was quite quirky. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was as expected. Enjoyed using the pool. Great location for the cinema and shopping centre next door with lots of places to eat close by. The room was clean and a decent size. The curtains were amazing 😆 total black out! We didn't stay on a match day so not sure what it would be like then.

Very clean comfortable room. Excellent evening meal and breakfast.
The entire hotel was clean and tidy.
Service in the lounge was really fast and the staff can't seem to do enough for you.
Can't wait to visit again in the near future.

Good hotel, nice clean rooms, friend staff which will help when needed, arrived and the room was ready and they also accommodated with a cot for my 1 year old we had food after hours which was a good standard

Stayed here after winning this at a works raffle. food was great. Clean room with clean fresh bedding. Did realize that the use of the hotel gym and swimming pool was included. Check when booking if your stay includes this. Couldn't fault my stay here. Glad Bolton fc have sorted things out now and saved this venue. May look at booking again soon.

The staff really made the experience, and were incredibly polite and friendly, and are a credit to the hotel.
The rooms were generally basic, but at the price this was pretty reasonable. The only slight problem, was that online it does state that leisure facilities are inclusive in the price, but upon arrival, I was charged an extra £10.
The bar and restaurant were very reasonably priced, and the food was very good. Breakfast was excellent, with a very good choice of food. If I was in the area I’d stay again!

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times heading to the hotel this time I was a little bit nervous due to all the negative being on the news about the football stadium and the hotel .
I was very much relieved to find the staff where upbeat and happy to be there unlike prior visits .
The staff where a credit to themselves and the hotel saying the past few months must’ve been very difficult for them .
With the new ownership this hotel has had a remarkable turnaround .
The food was 5 star and the room was immaculate .
Well done all I’ll be back
