If you're new to the UK and you're looking to open an account and everybody else is giving you a very hard time for a very basic thing, please walk into this branch and your day is going to instantly get better. Not only did Enea help me with setting up my account but I am grateful to him for providing me with all the information about how financial institutions work here in the UK.
