We would like to thank Rachel Wilson and congratulate her and her incredibly wonderful staff we had a fabulous stay.
I would like to just say that your disabled access rooms are not at all accessible and need updating. However your staff,who could not do enough to accommodate all our needs, went above and beyond other hotels we have stayed in recently and made it all worthwhile. Friendly and understood our requirements going above and beyond to make sure our stay was successful.
