We asked Chapter 79 to remodel my engagement ring for our silver wedding anniversary this year. Jackie and Andy spent time with me, listened to exactly what I wanted and redesigned my ring to my specification adding in gold from my husband's 18ct gold chain to make it even more special. They also sized down my wedding ring too.
I really felt their personal touch added so much to the experience and I am so pleased we decided to use Chaper 79. I am absolutely delighted with my ring and almost burst into happy tears when I collected it!
We will be recommending Chapter 79 to everyone we know. Thank you very, very much Jackie and Andy, you were a pleasure to deal with.

I had a great experience with Anis, who was managing the migration of my business. She was friendly, reliable, and always available to answer my questions and address my concerns. I really appreciated her support throughout the process.
The reason I’m giving four stars is because the timeframe for the migration communicated by Systeme.io was four weeks, but the process ended up taking more than eight weeks. This caused some significant disruption, including having my website and email marketing down, as I had scheduled the disconnection of my previous service providers based on the timeframe given by Systeme.io.
That said, I want to thank Anis so much for all her effort, patience, and support throughout the process. She was wonderful to work with, and I’m looking forward to continuing to work with Systeme.io.
