I was looking to get a new car and came across panacea, being from scotland I was a bit nervous of how it would all be handled, they were not only professional but also extremely efficient throughout. they arranged a finance company to call me back who quoted me the lowest % apr I had from any company, and also arranged the delivery which arrived at the time they said it would, they worked hard to work around my schedule.
in terms of the car, it was clean inside and out, the car was in perfect condition without any issues, I have driven the car for a week now and haven't noticed a single thing wrong with it, the mot was done the day before purchase and the advisories were all repaired before sale.
if you are looking at getting your next car I would highly recommend getting it from panacea.

I haven't met an angel as good as Tahir Shah and his family buisness. I traveled form Newport to Manchester. Arriving almost 2 hours after they closed and Tahir waited for me at Panacea motors just to give me my new car. On top of that, the process with Tahir of signing papers and doing the annual tax, was simply super pleasant. He was very welcoming and nice. Making the process quick and easy. I recommend this dealership to anyone. The cars are very well taken care off and the company will do everything to make the customer happy.

Bought a car from this dealer and part exchanged my old car. The staff were all excellent: friendly, happy to help and the deal was done quickly and efficiently. They were happy for me to give the car a test drive and paid for a tyre replacement to ensure the car passed its MOT before sale. There were some minor issues with the car which could have been addressed prior to sale (some glue stuck to one of the wing mirrors from a sticker, and slight paint damage on two of the alloys) but nothing I couldn't fix at fairly low cost post-sale. All in all the car is in very good condition for its age. One thing I would suggest to the dealer when selling EVs is to state the current battery health/degradation of the vehicle. I only found this out myself once I'd got the car home. Luckily it was within tolerance for the expected degradation for it's age and the number of miles on the clock.
I'd happily recommend this dealer if you're looking for a nice used car. There's some beautiful cars in the showroom. Thanks to the team at Panacea Motors.

Just purchased a stunning CLA45 Amg from Panacea, a very professional and caring company from start to finish answering all questions and queries really well. The owner personally came and delivered my car 200 miles down south as their driver was booked up.. can’t fault them at all and would recommend to anyone who’s cautious with buying cars as you just can’t beat their service. Thanks again, maybe I’ll be back soon for another! All the best lads

From Start to finish Tahir knows how to look after is customers , an getting that deal done, he offered a sensible amount for my part exchange, an knew exactly what the car was about , even promised to deliver my new car up to the highlands which is a fair distance too travel, on delivery day his little it boy was ill and still pulled all the stops out to get the car to me on as he promised even though it was 9 o’clock in the evening (what a man!)
Some dealers need to look how this man runs his business and look after people,
top notch mate…. Would I buy again from here again, yes I would as the stock he has is phenomenal and something for everyone….
