We were looking for a light early brunch on a Sunday in St Peter Port when everything else seemed to be closed. We came across The Crown Club by chance and thought it looked to be very classy and well out of our price range. However, we went in to investigate (had a look at the menu) and decided to give it a go. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and the food was excellent and reasonbly priced. We had coffee, tea, toast, eggs Benedict, porridge and kippers and mocktails to go with the brunch (very refreshing).

We visited on Saturday 4 May. We arrived for our table booking at 7pm and the restaurant was already busy. There were lots of staff on hand. We were quickly shown to our table and given menus. Our poppadoms arrived before our drinks. The poppadoms were delicious. We ordered our mains and they were swiftly delivered. The food was delicious. We enjoyed our meal and would definitely visit again.

Food excellent. Ambience excellent. Staff all delightful.
The mark down was because we were given the large menus to ponder then immediately given the poppadoms before we had a chance to peruse the menu. Made it very uncomfortable at that point and we felt rather rushed.

Just visiting Market Harborough for a couple of nights & I am a big fan of Nepalese food so this was a great find where I might not have expected it to be.
The food was fantastic and authentic Momo’s as well! my favourite.
