I took my boys to Barrow Market for the free Santa Grotto and was astounded by the wealth of stalls on offer in the market. My boys loved the owl sanctuary stall, bought some sweets from the sweet stall, marvelled at the weird and wonderful stuff, pestered me to get them a new rabbit and enjoyed a cheese and ham toastie at Grilla Cheese.

Its a friendly market hall and most people help each other i got on with everyone well i was there but i do think they need more different stalls of things the public want and more activities are needed to bring people in and rates need to be lowered

Since GrillA Cheese opened in the market the place seems to have a real good community spirit and vibrancy to it. It seems to have brought people into the market hall and increased the footfall for surrounding businesses which makes everyone happy. I love shopping for local produce and goods and this is the place to do it.. grab some lunch and have a mooch...
