North London Hospice has a challenge for you – the Hospice 100 Challenge. And it’s very simple. 


Can you raise £100 to help the Hospice?

What event or activity could you organise – with your friends and family – to raise £100? 


Hospice 100 coincides with Hospice week which takes place at the end of this month from Monday 27th February to Sunday 4th March


Lots of people and lots of events each raising £100 will make a huge difference and help support the tremendous work North London Hospice does for people living with terminal illness in Barnet, Enfield and Haringey. 


So what could you do to raise £100?

North London Hospice has lots of suggestions, here’s a few tasters …

  • Non uniform day,  Cake sale or Sponsored silence at school
  • Fancy dress party
  • Sponsored grow a beard or shave your head
  • Bingo night or darts tournament at your local
  • Bring and buy sale
  • Dress down day or Swear box at work.


What can £100 do for North London Hospice?

North London Hospice is a charity which provides emotional and practical support to patients as well as their families, friends and carers in Barnet, Enfield and Haringey.


They provide all of their services free of charge and must raise £4.6m a year through donations and legacies. 

  • £100 pays for two sessions of a patient’s 1-to-1 specialist support with a community nurse
  • £200 pays for an out-patient’s one-day complementary care and therapies
  • £250 pays for a hospice ambulance to take patients to and from our day services.
