I find the staff at Utopia are 'nice n chatty' and they still give me hot chocolate and an biscuit when I visit!
The whole family love coming to this hairdresser - they don't seem to mind the children playing in the corner or having a look through the rollers and brushes tray. They always give me a hot chocolate and biscuit (even if its just the kids in having their haircut). And of course the staff are lovely and friendly and you always get a good giggle with their 'newsie'.
