Struggling to find the motivation to stick to your New Years resolutions?
Why not try giving yourself a goal or target? By doing so you will hugely increase your chances of success in continuing your new diet or making sure you exercise regularly. It could be that you are aiming to lose a few pounds or you want to beat your top record when running 5k.
Perhaps you are finding it hard to exercise a number of times a week? Then why not set yourself the target of taking part in the HaverHalf, Haver10 or HaverTri?
Last year approximately 600 people enthusiastically embraced the challenge, so why not aim to join them this year? You can choose to run 5k, 10k or if you really want to push yourself, take part in the Haverhill Half Marathon.
