Took my Grande Punto here because they are supposed to be punto "specialists". They wrongly diagnosed turbo failure. I spent over £700 on a replacement with them and the same problem existed. I know mistakes happen and gave them chance to remedy it but they were completely unwilling to help and washed their hands of it totally. I would ring on a weekly basis and never had a call returned! AVOID AT ALL COSTS - VERY AMATUER MECHANICS, ( I use the term "mechanics" lightly) VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
