I can not praise this firm enough, we had a problem with our septic tank and the soak away connected to it, these guys were there within the hour, cleaned everything up, spent the whole day with cameras and high pressure washers checking the whole system, came back the next day at no extra charge to ensure that they had highlighted the problem correctly, then provided a very competetive quote. They made all the arrangements with the local authority and spent over a week doing , in the words of the council inspector, "one of the best jobs he's seen".then when you thought you could ask for no more as everything was working correctly and had been reinstated to a better standard than they found it in, Alan, the owner, made at least three visits while I was away from home to ensure that there were no problems and even designed and installed a new part for the system that he thought would improve things even more , all at no extra cost.A good old fashioned family business with great standards and conscientious staff are hard to find these days, and that is exactly what you get with this firm.
