Unafraid to take risks, Executive Chef Rashpal Sunner has created a menu that showcases his experience in the kitchen of some of the region's best Indian restaurants.
Dazzling diners, the main highlight of the menu is The Presidential Platter: Murgh Tikka, Tandoori Lamb Chop, Fish Amritsari and a fabulous Ocean Pepper Lobster. Served on an extravagant slate centrepiece, this dish is dedicated to one of the great highlights of Executive Chef Sunner's career; serving the leaders of the 1998 G8 summit in Birmingham.
