Had my mot and clam belt done there. Fair price good team. Im not a car person and when needed a stupid bulb for the back light one of the guys bothered to go out and check byhimself. I feel they care for me and my car.

I have used Fitch Autos for 3 years now and they have always given excellent customer service. I have always been very happy with the quality of the work they do and the reasonable prices. What I like most is that nothing is too much trouble for them and if ever I have a problem with my car they are the garage I call because they always fit me in ASAP and get the car back to me the same day. The staff are all very knowledgeable and friendly and they don’t try and sell you things that you don’t need.
Work I have had done at Fitch Autos includes
Cam belt/water pump on a Corsa and an A3
Service on A4 and A3 and MOT
Oil leak fixed on A3 (after a local “specialist “ failed to diagnose the problem) and thermostat change.
Brake fluid changes.
Airbag suspension on a 520d Touring which failed this morning and 1 call to Fitch Autos was booked in and fixed in the afternoon at a fraction of main dealers prices.
I won’t take my cars anywhere else now.

Had to have wing mirror replaced on my car and was able to get booked in very quickly at a time to suit, they were happy to fit a mirror I bought myself and were very upfront about costs etc. Really good service and will be returning next time I have any car issues/needs. Thanks!

My first visit to fitch autos today. Took my lexus for a minor service with a few extras including aircon regas, brake flush and caliper slide pins clean and grease.
This would have cost me a fortune at a main dealer.

I had my dashboard decorated with orange lights, one of them was there since I bought my car (2014), was checked by 3 different garages including Skoda Johnson's, none could find where it comes from, these guys shut them all down.
They are proper professionals and I don't have any problems recommending this shop to anyone who want a honest and professional job done. From now on it's my garage of choice.

Fantastic garage, competitive prices & knowledgeable staff. Used them last year when my little Toyota Aygo needed some work & had a good experience, but have moved further away so tried my local garage this year. Got quoted twice the price of Fitch for the same work so came back. Neil was one of the few garages who gave an accurate quote & answered all of my questions. I was quoted half the price for a full service & work on my Kia Sorento as well, & they use KIA spec parts, so safe to say I'll never be taking it back to the main dealer again. Have tried a few garages in my time but I wont be making the mistake of taking my cars anywhere else next time, even if they are further away from me now :) Wasn't aware they did a collect & drop off service as well til afterwards, which makes them even better.

Great guys. I had a very poorly car and I thought we'd have to scrap it as there was more lights on the dash than a Christmas tree. The guys were honest, open and charged a very reasonable sum for the work, getting my diesel back on the road in time for me to go back to work. Brilliant service.

I use Fitch Autos for all my Car issues and maintenance.
Great bunch of lads and very good on price, I've had various MOT's, Services, Tyres you name it and they have been perfect every time.
The shop in their Brownhills Garage is great as well, can have a good mooch while you wait for work to be done with a brew and a bit of TV.
Highly recommend

Excellent service this morning. They sorted out my 4x4 at extremely short notice and did it while i waitied so i could carry on with my job this morning. You gave me immense peace of mind and told me straight what was and wasn't wrong with it. Fabulous service- only falut i can say was a coffee machine may have been handy to keep me awake while i waited on that really comfy sofa while watching t.v. Brilliant service will certainly use again. Thank you
