Original cinema building from the 1930's, recently refurbished and showing latest movies. Has even held an autism friendly screening. Very conscious of their local community.

I regularly attend with my family - my two young girls, as well as date night with the husband and nights out with friends. Always a wide range of films, with really attentive staff and great food. Well worth a visit, especially since Screen 1 has had the make over!

I recently visited the Empire cinema and its the first time ive stepped foot in over 12 years. they have recently had a refurb in the main screen 1 and the staff have mentioned they will be updating more parts as time goes on. It was a great experience and the staff were fantastic I will be going back a lot sooner.

Have been to this cinema for many years and it has always been a pleasure to visit and watch all the wonderful movies! All our family are regular visitors and enjoy the warm and friendly welcome from the Empire cinema Staff. The prices are reasonable and there are a good selection of food treats to eat. Plenty of parking available and thoroughly recommend this cinema in Sutton Coldfield as the place to go and see your favourite movie!

This is an awesome retro cinema with a great staff team. They are warm, friendly and welcoming. As a disabled guests I can't praise them enough. I am glad this cinema hasn't been refurbished into a big multiplex cinema and has kept it's original features, this is why I have been a loyal customer for over 30 yrs. Sutton Coldfield Empire is a great business and pulls in people from surrounding areas too.
