Fabulous experience with Edwards & Gray . My agent was Charlotte. Priced our property realistically - produced fabulous details, photo's & video - Looked after all viewings - sold it very quickly! Then the excellent service continued & Charlotte kept us in the loop of the whole chain all the way along , Was available to speak to at any time incl evenings & weekends and kept all communications going with agents and also solicitors above & below in the chain. Even better was the fact that they were the most competetive quote . Cannoy recommend this company highly enough.

I am so pleased that I chose this company to sell my property. Emma was a wonderful combination of professionalism and friendliness. After speaking with Alex over a year ago, a chance call from him to myself this year to catch up lead us to using his services to sell our flat. We appointed Alex to sell our and apartment in February, we recieved an excellent service from the get go! The marketing of our apartment was amazing, the video and pictures really showcased our home! Within 3 days we had an offer. Alex is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and gave us really good advice from day one. Alex has kept in regular contact since the offer was accepted to keep us updated with our buyer and where he is in the process. I would highly recommend Alex and Edwards and Gray!!

I can not express how pleased i am with Edwards and Gray for taking over the sale of my property. They were on it!
I had used a high-street agent who frankly was only interested in taking money from me (glossy books/additional pics and on)
They didn't attend one viewing!
Once I was appointed with Alex Pawlowski -
He new exactly what we needed..... Very smart chap / professional / Warm and wonderful to work with - (thank you very much Alex)
Basically the opposite to my other agent.
If I was to sell again I would 100% contact Alex/Charlotte. Edwards and Gray.
Alex made me feel like I was his only client - Fantastic Service.
All this during Covid 19 -

We met Emma whilst viewing a property she was selling with Edwards & Gray in November, and found her to be very knowledgeable, helpful and professional.
During the past 4 months we communicated regularly via text and phone calls and she kept us updated promptly, even on a Sunday and during the evening, nothing seemed to be too much trouble for her.
Sadly the vendors haven't found anything they like and we are having to complete on our house sale, so have had to pull out of the purchase.
Emma was very understanding, and it felt that she actually cared about our predicament.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend both Emma and Edwards & Gray to our friends and would definitely use them to sell a property of ours in the future.
