We gave Emma (Gray) a hard task in trying to sell our property asap in order to secure a property we fancied purchasing,
I have to say that Emma pulled out all the stops and managed to achieve a sale within 5 days.
Her service and professionalism were second to none. She was always on hand and kept us reliably informed.

Myself and my wife are first time buyers and Emma Gough from Edward’s and Gray has been great.
We have had to arrange 2 viewings due to our jobs and both times have been arranged at short notice. She explained the property well and informed us of anything we should know. Very friendly and welcoming. As first time buyers this is something that has really helped us ☺️

I have had an amazing experience with Edward and gray. I viewed houses with different members of the team and they were all amazing and professional. Amun Mudhar especially has been amazing. Very professional, kept his word and delivered his promise worked up and behond his duty, calling and keeping me upto date even out of work hours because he knew I had been let down by other agents and he was always there to put my mind at ease. Amun is hardworking, very professional good sense of humour smart and intelligent. I feel he knows his line of work and his expertise was evident and that’s what put my mind at ease. I had been let down by other agents and had almost lost hope after a year and half of being on the market but Amun had my house sold within two weeks and I was delighted. I knew I could rely on him to be frank and honest with his advice and I really needed it. Now I am looking forward to moving into my home and I don’t think I could have done it without him. I think it really does matter which estate agent you choose and Edward and gray deliver their promise. A top notch service from Charlotte and Laura.
Having spent nearly two years carefully renovating my property I was extremely nervous about which agent to entrust with my sale, I was keen to obtain the highest price and give my property the best chance of sucess.
Charlotte and her team are not like other high street agents who will either undervalue to make their life easier, or over value and then ask you to reduce, they priced the property fairly and obtained a buyer fast.
I had other agents arrive to appointments late, presented poorly and unprepared; however Charlotte arrived looking professional, she was warm and enthusiastic and demonstrated quickly that she had done her research and knew her stuff!
With a challenging buyer in the chain, they managed the process throughout to get the job done end to end, something I have found other agents are not so good at.
In the future I wouldnt consider selling with anyone else, and other clients shouldnt either.

Emma Gough has been amazing, as a first time buyer the whole process can be quite overwhelming and confusing, however Emma is approachable, knowledgeable and has been very proactive throughout the whole process. Exceptional Staff, Exceptional Service!!!
Our Sale has been extremely challenging and throughout Charlotte was there for us 24/7 to assist and advise. I could not recommend this amazing lady highly enough. Edwards and Gray are the best estate agents in the area without a doubt. From the very first time we asked Emma to value our house i knew without question that we would use them. The comprehensive description of our house, the floorplan (which some agents dont even do), the photos and excellent video portrayed our house beautifully. Emma would always answer texts, phone calls and emails, and kept us fully updated throughout, and our sale wasn't straightforward. I found Emma to be friendly, reliable, incredibly helpful and would recommend Edwards and Gray 100%. They aren't what you expect from an average estate agent and will go above and beyond to get your house sold as smoothly as possible. I wouldn't even consider using anybody else.
