I know Andy through the BNI (Business Network International), and although I donʼt have my mortgage with him as Iʼm tied into mine for a couple more years he told that that he could save me money on my contents and buildings insurance. After looking around for a top mortgage, and getting the best quote i could, i called the IMAB on the off chance after hearing what a great job they had done for a friend of mine. After giving them the best quote i could get, they got back to me in 2 days with an interest rate which was 1% cheaper than anyone else...wow!!. The service they providied was excellent, they returned every phone call and i am not an easy person to please. All done with the minimum amount of hassle to me, really.I did my home work, and i know i could not have got that deal ANYWHERE else. I have now used IMAB for a re-mortgage and a new property purchase. On both occasions I have been given good, honest advice and would gladly recommend to anyone. They also advised my mother in law and she has been delighted with the service. They make the financial element of buying a house the easy bit! Nothing is ever too much trouble.
I can only say good things about the team at IMAB. We are on our third mortgage and second year of insurances which they have arranged from them. When things have needed doing quickly (like getting motrgage applications in the day before the rise in intereste rates!) the team have worked whatever hours it has taken to complete the deal.
