Mortgage solutions by Paul Johnson have completed three mortgages for me now, both residential and buy to let. Each time the process has been very easy and stress free. Unlike other mortgage advisers I have used in the past, Paul is extremely efficient. I recommend Paul to anyone that even mentions the words house or mortgage to me. Paul makes it easy to communicate in which ever format suits the customer. As I'm usually busy at work I tend to text more often than not and there is always an instant reply. I wouldn't use anyone else and I look forward to many years of business with Paul.

I was recommended Paul Johnson through a friend as I was due to re-mortgage my property. I met with Paul to discuss my options and he was very clear about what each mortgage offered and any small print I should be aware of. My wife and I would like to thank Paul for the work in re-mortgaging our home. We were advised by our mortgage provider (NatWest) that our mortgage was going to be put onto a variable rate in 30 days. We contacted Paul Johnson at Mortgage Solutions to see if we could release some equity and put us on a fixed rate to help buy things for our new baby. Within hours he came back to us with different options which was brilliant. We managed to release equity and the mortgage payments were not much different, he was always on the end of the phone or email to answer our questions. Paul looked into what NatWest were offering us and pointed out they were charging us £2500 in penalties! My wife and I cannot thank you enough for what you have done, and the money you have saved us. The money was for our new baby and we are thankful it was used for him and not the hidden penalties.

Paul was such a big help with the purchase of our first home. He managed to find a number of different mortgage options, and explained each one, showing which was the best (£500 cashback!). I could tell the whole world about how great Mortgage Solutions by Paul Johnson were at finding my husband and I a mortgage that would mean we could release some equity in our property to buy land in Scotland - being self-employed I didn’t want to have to jump through all the usual hoops and we were looking for a mortgage company that would base income on my husband’s salary alone.
