Last year I viewed a property that I decided to purchase, my offer was accepted and all was set for a swift completion. Unfortunately the Vendor’s circumstances meant that the sale hit a snag that would take some months to be resolved, during this time Giggs, primarily Natalie, kept me well informed and were proactive in ensuring that things kept moving, she liaised not only with myself but also the Vendor and both sets of Solicitors. Not once did I not receive a reply to an email that I had sent and when asked to Natalie rang and discussed the progress of the Sale, I personally believe that without the work that Natalie put into my purchase it would have fallen through so am very grateful for her application and effort. In summary, I am very happy with the service I received from Giggs, particularly Natalie, they kept me informed and were always open and honest with me and were there to answer any query I presented to them, I would thoroughly recommend using them when Selling or Purchasing your next new Home.
