I am entering my tenth year working for Bluebird care. I work for the Shrewsbury branch. I have always felt supported, all of my colleagues are so approachable, from the managers to my workmates. I can pick up the phone or go into the office and always get a, warm welcome. Any issues, worries, problems are soon sorted. This feeling is extended to our lovely customers too. We embrace the customers on an individual basis tailoring our care to their needs. We offer them respect, dignity, kindness and create a good working relationship. Some of our customers have been with us for quite some years, enabling us to develop that extra level of care that is quite unique. I feel very privileged working with our customers and Bluebird care support me doing that. It's an extremely worthwhile job
