Having just returned from a three day break I can tell you that it was a really relaxing break but we did note a few things that have changed since our last visit. Firstly, the Thallasotherapy pool needs a little TLC (ie cleaning and decorating) and we were saddened that they dont use there own products in the rooms, (other than the hand cream) ladies toilets or spa. Having products in the room always incouraged us to buy more to take home. The treatments were up to their usual standard. The staff were all extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. The food was good and there was plenty of it. Yes, they are tightening their belts but still a wonderful treat.

I would like to say that you have provided me with a first class service. I have always been somewhat suspicious of Financial Advisors as they have had a bad press in the past for only suggesting products on which they can make most money, not providing the customer with the best deal. In your case you have shown your real independence by attempting to arrange my mortgage with two different providers. The first one did not materialise when they changed their rules. The work you undertook on my behalf with the second provider has given me what I need under my particular circumstance of being pasted 60. Trying to obtain a mortgage directly from any of the banks or building societies proved futile as I did not fit into any of their standard formats for lending purposes. This mainly due to their feckless lending in the past and the current FSA rules and regulations imposed since the crash of 2008. I would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone needing mortgage or other finance. Without your help I would have been forced into an expensive bridging loan which would have cost me double the interest and other costs of the mortgage you have arranged. Many thanks one again. I had a very great experience with A3 Financial Services. From my first meeting with Kevin, where he outlined the process and answered all my questions, I was always kept up to date as to how things were proceeding. Even after the offer letter had been issued, and better rates than the one I received were now available, they informed me of this and gave me the pros and cons of switching to this new rate.
