From the first lesson Andy has been a truly professional and welcoming. He has always made me feel safe and comfortable when driving even when, inevitably, mistakes were made; I always appreciated his calm head in these situations as he quickly and professionally explained what went wrong in such a manner which was constructive and friendly. This behaviour led to me never feeling nervous before a lesson, instead I was always excited to drive with Andy because I feel he always tried his best to create a friendly environment through his witty sense of humour and kind persona. I will always appreciate what Andy has done for me because he has efficiently led me to pass my driving test first time through kindness and strong encouragement so I can look back on the process fondly. I truly believe he aways had my best interests at heart and would strongly recommend him to anyone who wishes to pass their test quickly and enjoy the process of learning to drive.
