Have to say that when we purchased a couple of items from this auction house and faced the rigours of the M6, there was a small mistake made regarding the condition. The service we received was exceptional and all staff there including the porters were very helpful and were eager and ready to assist. Matter solved to our entire satisfaction and we went away happy customers. Its a difficult place to find with a sat nav, and the helpful device even stated the good old pantomime phrase "Its behind you". Apart from that our experience was positive and nice to see some good old fashioned customer service for a change.

Thank you to Richard and his staff at the auction house. I had the overwhelming task of clearing a relative property. Richard visited, assessed what needed to be done and handled it from there. The receptionists at the front desk were helpful and the guys who came to clear the house worked hard, were efficient and tidy when moving furniture & goods out for auction. Very happy with the service & not stressful for me!
Not sure why other review is complaining? Even if Richard didnt tell you about the lot fee for auction it is all written in the contract you sign for the house clearance- that's YOUR responsibility to check before you sign!!! We sold all items at auction (items no one wanted in the family) and we were happy with the money we received. Much better than either dumping or giving away.
