I purchase from this auction house most months.I telephone to make payment by debit card and tell them when i shall be calling to pick up my purchases. I always bid on line, have just moved from The Salesroom to Easylive auctions because of the online cost increase by the former.
The staff are extremely friendly and helpful especially in collection and reception and normally help me to take my items to the car. Richard always says hello when I see him.

I have been a regular visitor to this auction house for many years. I have bot bought and sold and always been impressed by the efficiency ,courtesy and professional attitude of all staff. The Fine Arts catalogues are both well illustrated,descriptive and a pleasure to keep for reference .

Recently I won a selection of blue and white pottery .On collection may 19th at least 50% of what I bought was chipped or broken this I discovered after I had paid . When I complained I was told that i should have asked for item condition report So tough luck Really what dire customer services and a waste of of £40 that was . .So basically this auction is a total lottery on item condition .
Obviously your team are unaware or totally ignore the sale of goods act 1979 which states The 1979 Sale of Goods Act gives the consumer certain rights. When you buy something it must match its description, be of satisfactory quality, and fit for its purpose. If you buy something new at auction, or buy something second hand at an auction you could not attend, you still have these rights, and if the goods don’t meet these standards, you have every right to return them for a repair, replacement or refund. ALL OF MY ISSUES WERE HANDLED PROFESSIONALLY AND COURTEOUSLY .THANK YOU
