I am not a type of person that purchases everyday designs out of the window, so when I was left a piece of jewellery from a relative I wanted to have this redesigned. I had no idea of what style of ring I wanted or how I could use the stones. I went into see Jackie & Sian as I knew they were both jewellery designers and there years of experience would make this piece of jewellery transform into something special. When I picked up my piece of jewellery it was so beautiful it bought tears to my eyes. The difference with Lance James and all the staff to anywhere else I have been, they are so friendly, nothing is too much trouble (I'm sure I have driven them mad sometimes) and listen to your needs and give great ideas and advice. I have since been back and had a second piece of jewellery redesigned and have also recommended a relative to them. I would not go anywhere else as there work and professionalism is second to none.
Exceptionally helpful, pleasant and friendly. No job too small, very reasonably priced, very knowledgeable and full of very good ideas. BEST IN TOWN - Love them and the shop!
