I absolutely love the FSB - they have been so helpful on a whole bunch of things. During the pandemic they were amazing, helping us with so many HR issues etc. Then I picked up an injury and they funded some physio for me - absolutely amazing. Membership is a complete no-brainer, our local guy Jeremy Reeve is fab too.

The Federation of Small Businesses has helped our company out in a multitude of ways. Not only has it enabled us legal advice and guidance when dealing with a client who hadn't paid their invoice, it has also opened a portal of networking groups up and down the country allowing our business more reach.
Further to this it is now enabling our business to give back by way of sponsorships and services. Our business is growing and there is no denying the support the FSB offers in incremental in allowing that to happen.

It was so nice to have Martin Gibbs call me at my office to explain how to use the website and also the benefits I had access to as an FSB member to which there were many more than I realised. I would highly recommend joining the FSB as a small business, especially if people like Martin are part of it to kindly and clearly explain the process. I feel very looked after should I need it.

I was visited by Ray Hickenbottom last year and we joined up with FSB best decision I made, Ray helped me recover over £4000 from a rouge builder. Justin gave comprehensive guidance to all of the FSB benefits and how to navigate the membership portal. We intend to fully utilise the resources that are on offer and make use of the various documents and training which will improve the running of our business. It's also reassuring to have the added legal backing and insurance should we need it in the future and to know that all the information is accredited, up-to-date and in one place. I found out about FSB Care from a Virtual Networking meeting representative, after contacting the FSB I was then contacted by Nurse Sharon Lamph who politely interviewed me to discuss my reason to use FSB Care. I was keen to use a private physiotherapist that had treated my injuries in the past, Nurse Sharon Lamph kindly made contact to arrange my treatment sessions. During my attendance and after the completion of my treatment, Nurse Sharon Lamph kept in contact to check on my health. Would highly recommend FSB Care and the correspondence received from Nurse Sharon Lamph.

I joined the FSB because I'm moving from a sole trader to limited company. I'm amazed at just how many benefits there are for members. Legal advice, documents you can edit, insurance, wellbeing, networking, training. It's the best money I have spent on my business and will save me THOUSANDS over the next few months.

Having moved from Suffolk to Cornwall I re-joined the FSB and received an online guided tour of the FSB website from Mark Turland, Appointment Co-ordinator. Mark was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the support and many benefits of FSB, some of which were of total surprise in a good way as a Business owner. I would encourage all FSB new members to take the time to go through the guided tour to understand more of all the aspects of support and guidance the FSB offers.

I have used FSB for the last 4 years but didn't know any of the benefits as I only took it out to get a discount on using the WorldPay machine that we took on from the previous owners. I met some lovely ladies at the Trade Show in Westpoint, Exeter and they arranged for Charlotte to give me a call and give me an introductory call explaining all the benefits. She was so lovely and explained everything to me, I will definitely be staying with FSB and will now start to use their benefits. Thank you.
