Thanks for the prompt and efficient fitting of the new aerial at Eastbourne; at last our customers can watch TV again!
We continue to use Tectonic services for both our IT systems but also for electrical works. Recently they have helped us look at how we can make our out of hours lighting more cost efficient which our FD is very happy about. Always professional, friendly and helpful.
Yet again Tectonic have helped us complete dealership improvements by fitting a TV in our new staff rest room facility. Sounds easy? Not really as the room had access issues and no cabling supply. As always they came up with an affordable solution, carried out the work in a friendly, efficient way and left the work area spotlessly clean.
Thanks to Nigel and the team- another great job fitting additional access points to extend our Wi-Fi capability ready for a new project. |Here is just a small example of the care they take; the building is covered in a dark cladding so they covered the top of the ladder with dust sheets before starting the work- that's what you call attention to detail and customer care!
I thought the Marketing Workshop was very interesting and balance the variety of knowledge in the room.
