Absolutely fab! First time I've ever enjoyed exercise. The word 'bootcamp' used to scare me, in fact I dreaded the idea of what it would be like after talking to people who had attended other camps...but all I can say is 'wow'. Stuart is fab, there to encourage you and help you throughout. A lot of like minded people in camp, all with the same goal. I never felt as if I wasn't goo enough as Stuart is great and helps you to hit full potential. A long way to go, but halfway there through trying x.
