After losing 2 ridge tiles in a recent storm I contacted SN Roofing. The initial prompt response got my hopes up, they attended my house within a couple of hours of the call and quoted accordingly. Was told the work would be completed the next day, midday the following day I called to get an update to be told "oh we're in Stoke today sorry... we'll do it tomorrow"... it didn't happen the next day. I text for an update and was told they can't do the repair in the rain which makes sense but calling the customer to tell them would be basic customer service. I text for updates the following 2 days and got no reply. They now don't even answer their phone to me. I contacted another roofing company on Best Of, they fixed my roof within 48 hours of calling them. I've not given them 1 star as I can't comment on the quality of their work, the rating is purely based on customer service and their complete lack of it.

Came out the next day to quote and the following day to carry out the work. Price was fair and he kept in touch every step of the way, inc when he was running 5 minutes late. For such a small job you really couldn't ask for better customer service. Highly recommended.
